50 Sit ups (100 Ab Mat)
Then 5 Rounds of:
5 Tuck Jumps/10 Wall Jumps (each side)
15 Squats
30 Back Lunges (50)
50 Sit ups (V ups)
Then 5 Rounds of:
5 Tuck Jumps/10 Wall Jumps (each side)
15 Squats
30 Back Lunges (50)
50 Sit ups (Russian Twists w/ med ball)
