Happy New Year's Eve!!! I hope you all have a safe and fun time this weekend!! Here's to the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012!!!
Warm up: 2x - 5 Push ups, 10 light kbs, 15 push press (bar only), 20 squats
Run 1 mile
Then perform 3-4 Rounds of the following:
20 Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5)
11 One arm Kettlebell Push Press (each arm)
20 Medicine ball cleans (20/14)
12 Renegade Push ups w/ a row (45/30)
*Elite - go 5 rounds
Finisher: 2x15 Leg Levers
