Stretching/Mobility (use your baseball)
5 minutes of cardio to warm up (treadmill, jumprope, eliptical, etc.)
Skill Warm up:
12-9-6
Push ups, Sit ups, and Squats
WOD:
50 Walking Lunges
50 Renegade Rows (push up position, pulling arm at a time up to pits) w/ weight if you have access or you can do regular push ups or virtual rows)
75 Sit ups
75 Squats
50 Kettlebell Swings (if you don't have weight,do 150 jump rope singles)
50 Walking Lunges
