12 Days of Boot Camp Christmas!
This WOD will be performed just like the song using the following exercises:
1 Bear Crawl (Long length of gym) *modified can go width vs. length
2 HSPU (static handstands or elevated) *goal is to change up push up
3 Burpee Box Jumps
4 - 4 count Grasshoppers *or mountain climbers
5 Inch worm walks (elite: wall walks)
6 Kettlebell SDHP/Swing Combination
7 Hand Release Push ups *regular or chest to deck knee push ups if possible
8 Ball Slams
9 Push Presses (various weights available) *elite may perform more techinial lift
10 Lunges (R/L=1) *can make jumping
11 Sit ups w/ Wall jump
12 Bar Strength of Choice (Cleans, Power cleans, Back Squats, etc.)
** We will go until time runs out!!! NO drills or skill warm up
