Skill Warm up:
"Rooster"
10 Rounds of:
10 Burpees
20 Double Unders
*Can reduce # of Burpees to make time limit/Time Cut off is 10 minutes
Skill Drills
WOD:
1 Push up
1 Box Jump
1 Sprint
2 Push ups
2 Box Jumps
2 Sprints...etc.
All the way to 10 then back down. You do NOT repeat round 10!
**Make sure you have registered for Session #2 by Friday! Class begins Tuesday, Dec. 6th! On Thursday, Dec. 1, Session #1 students will be 'testing' their final WOD! Yahoo! Thanks to everyone for a great session!!!!
