Skill Warm up:
10-8-6-4-2
Push ups, Sit ups, Squats, Tuck Jumps
Run 2 laps around gym inbetween each round
Intro to Ball/ DB Cleans
Group Drills
WOD: 1 Round
5 Suicide Sprints
10 Dive Bomber Push ups
20 Sprawls
30 Bench Dips
40 DB or Ball Cleans (Snatch or Clean)
60 Renegade Rows (25 ea. arm)
Finisher: Tabata Sit ups x8 intervals
