"S.P.I.T." WOD for time:
Spend 1 minute at each station for max reps as possible.
"S"prawls
"P"ush ups
"Inclined Sit ups" (regular or weighted if don't have access to incline)
"T" hrusters (use PVC, DB's or KB's if you have it!)
Rest 1 minute then REPEAT! If possible, do a 3rd round! Keep track of how many reps you were able to accomplish!

Thank God for the generous people He has placed in your life. These people have the ability to match resources and relationships with compelling needs. Nothing satisfies a godly generous giver more than to significantly leverage their stuff for Kingdom outcomes.
You cannot out give God, but you can partner with Him on opportunities both of you are passionate about. Above all else, be grateful to God for His Son and the generous givers in your life! Gratitude follows generosity!
