50 Single jump rope
40 Sit ups
30 Jumping Jacks
20 Squats
10 Push ups
WOD:
3 Rounds for time:
400 M Run (1 lap around a track or 2 min. of running or fast paced walk)
21 Lunges (each lunge=1 rep)
12 Push ups
*If you do not have place to run, you may sub 2 min. of jump rope
