on the board it said "Angry Cindy"...does that mean someone is saying Angie is Angry?!

completed 9 rds in 15 mins of 3 dhpu's astd w/red band, 5 ring pushups, 7 front squat 73# and 3x suicide sprints for finisher

got the 400m run in today as warm up...John thinks we are 'in love' with our pvc pipes so he made us put them up :)

1 RM Snatch: Didn't actually go for max. Still working on form. A really tough lift for me.

1 RM Snatch - 78# - Actually a power/muscle snatch followed by an OHS. Still having trouble getting this lift figured out.

WOD: Chelsea
5 Pull Ups - Green Band
10 Push Ups - Parallel
15 Squats
1 round each minute for 10 minutes
Got all 10 rounds in (barely!!)

Missy

WOD: Chelsea
5 situps - didn't have pullup bar accessible
10 pushups ups
15 squats

1 round each minute for 10 minutes - all 10 rounds in w/ 25 seconds to spare each round.

Then did 3x7 85# progressive clean
Then 20 - 65# weighted lunges
