Jodi and Brenda - missed seeing you! This was one really tough for me. I couldn't get my stomach to settle down so I almost had a visit from Pukie! Thought I was going to have to pull over on the way to work! Great job everyone - for those working out tonight - I feel for you - it's going to be a hot one! Be careful and stay hydrated!

*Tweaked something in my low back on KBS #85 (skipped the last 5 and finished with the pushups) so technically didn't finish the whole workout. Lots of ice for me the rest of the day. Oh the irony...

Bummer Brenda - hope you recover fast. Brennan - I did the same thing about 3 yrs ago to my back. Hope you recover fast! It isn't fun at all.

Missy -can't believe I missed you again! This pregnancy thing is finally starting to catch up w/me along with a lot of having to do work in the late hours of night to prepare for my leave so haven't been in much over the past week... Brenda, I hope to be in on Thursday & can suffer w/ya. :-) BTW everyone...today is my b'day so you all must wear a weighted vest during the WOD in my honor. :-) Brennan - hope your back feels better...and Patty, congrats on the upcoming retirement!

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes... clearly I need to work on midline stability. Fortunately I have a great chiropractor and I should bounce back quickly... probably going to take off a couple of days though so hopefully back by Friday.
