Skills: Deadhang Pull ups

CFOKC

AMRI 3 minutes:

10 Jumping Lunges

10 Jumping Sit ups

Rest 1 minute inbetween each round.

Knee much touch the ground on each lunge. Sit ups start in standing position and end in standing position.
