thanks guys for the positive posts. running is definitely a strong point for me, if only pullups, pushups, etc. were as easy...

Sweet Brenda - way to go on the PR! Nope, no baby yet. I think I am officially done w/crossfit until after the baby - back feels like it's going to break lately & I'm not getting much sleep. I'll post as soon as I can to let everyone know when it happens - feeling like it's never going to! Keep working hard & I look forward to you all kicking me back into shape when I return! Make sure to have pukie ready! :-)

DL 1RM - 248# - PR by almost 20#!

Wasn't sure about the sit off, so we did max sit ups in 3 min - 86

Great job, everyone! Jodi, hopefully you can get some sleep before she arrives since we all know there won't be much sleep after!

I was fortunate to bare witness to Brad's 500 pound DL. It's was absolutely friggin' awesome.

On a side note, you and Jay are now at the top of the list to help me move. That's the price you pay if you two are going to be all super-human about this CF stuff.
