Skills: Snatch Grip Deadlift and Pistols
Snach Grip Deadlift: 3x15 at BW or scale as needed
Pistols: 15 each leg (one legged squat)
CFE: 3 Rounds of 200 M Run and 250 M Row
July 1st, 1995 I became Mrs. Tim Starmer (15 years!). We will be off celebrating the next 2 days so we will see you all Saturday morning for O Lift Class. Classes are still on as scheduled.
No Class on Sunday due to holiday!
