PAINSTORM DAY #3....For "Richer" for Poorer. How many rounds will you get?
Warm up: 2 Rounds of "Mindy". Then warm up C&J to prescribed or modified weights.
AMRI 40 minutes of:
10 Clean & Jerks
10 Push ups
50 M Sprint
10 Burpees
50 M Sprint
10 Thrusters
10 Deadlift
50 M Sprint
10 Burpees
50 M Sprint
All this = 1 ROUND
Use the same weight for all lifts (95/65#)
Post total number of rounds and partial rounds completed.

I LOVE BURPEES!!!!!! this was my mantra this morning, great job morning crew
completed 4 rds, 10 c&j + 4 pushups
I feel for the evening folks, the humidity has been lovely these past few mornings. Can't imagine what its like with the heat too!

I hope I can rock it Kelli!!! Not looking forward to the thrusters or burpees. Funny how things change, I used to LOVE thrusters!!! Now they scare me! I've already called Carol this morning to make sure she will be joining us for all the fun :-)
