Warm up: 2 Rounds of "Mindy". Warm up Push Press. You will have 10 mintues to complete.

10 Rounds for time:
10 Hammer Swings
10 Box Jumps (24/20")
10 Push Press (95/65#)
10 Wall Balls (20/14#)
10 Walking Lunges
10 Ring Dips
You will have 45 minutes to complete this section. These exercises can be performed in any order; however, you cannot partition the reps. Its 10..no matter where you are. When you finish the list, start again...x10.
Finish with a 200 M Tire drag.

I'm sad my alarm failed this AM. Do I get extra credit for doing day 2 solo? Painstorm is a lot harder without the team and the "angry" music. (

Finished it all in 47min30secs. Those ring dips were more and more shallow.

Did not finish in 45... made it to start of round 9... too much rest between ring dips

Finished 9 rounds, 10 hammers and 5 box jumps, finished with drag at 49:3something
had to do negs on ring dips, got a few the first round and after that shoulders were shot
Angie you are the bomb!!! I can't imagine doing any of these alone, what mental fortitude you have!! (i'm bowing to you in my office) :)

push press 53# and subbed ring dips for push ups on low rings. push press and box jumps were brutal for me!
10 rounds plus 200 m tire drag finished at 49:50.

Warmup and WOD Total time: 40 min flat - Got through all 10 rounds and a run at the end.
Here were my modifications:
-#55 Push press (we had to clean it 1st so did lower weight)
-Ball slams instead of hammer swings
- 15 Wall Balls (increased reps due to smaller weight)
- 20 dips (increased reps due to not having rings)
- 800 mtr run at end instead of 200 m tire drag
All I can say is I'm glad day 2 is over! HOLY COW! I'm wiped out this week!
