Need to make up a Painstorm WOD...now is the time!!
It’s on!!!
Just an FYI everyone – a full week of Painstorm includes anyone at CrossFit Iowa. For those of you with limited monthly memberships, you’ve just been upgraded to unlimited for the rest of the month so you can enjoy all the workout goodness that Painstorm offers. You’ve all earned it. Also, for those of you that complete all five Painstorm workouts you’ll walk away with more than just a sense of accomplishment. So make sure you get your name on the board if you did the WOD and make up any on Thursday that you may have missed!

Oh man... I SO would've been there everyday! Sickly, I love the pain. :-) It puts you on an adreneline high all day!

Saint's does have food for those of you who were wondering. Hopefully we will get a good spot on the patio. :) This will be a great time for the morning and night group to get to know eachother, so hopefully everybody will be able to attend. There are a lot of new faces at the gym! Woohoo! :)
