CrossFit Epic will be hosting Jianping Ma (Olympian and Olympic Coach) on Saturday June 5th from 1-3pm for an Olympic Lifting Seminar. This clinic will focus mainly on the snatch. This seminar fee is $20. Sign up on www.crossfitepic.com. We will carpool immediately after 9am class. The seminar is from 1-3 with a BBBQ/potluck to follow.

Made up the "12 days of CF" from Sat:
1 hour and 17 min before I got to the thrusters in the last round and my left wrist decided that was enough. Glad Painstorm only comes around once a year

For whatever reason, I just had NO energy during this. It was frustrating! I normally eat pretty much all day long and it'd been like 5 hours since I'd eaten before this. I'm going to blame it on that! :)

I will take Bear Crawls over Thrusters in a middle of a workout anyday! Good Job finishing Doug, nice to see you workout in he heat :)
Congrats to all you who participated in pain storm! Always good to shock the body every once in awhile:)
