Well, not sure what I did but my rest days may be quite a few. I really did something to my lower back yesterday during a squat clean. I cannot even bend over.

Angie - thanks so much for hosting all of us Friday night. I think everyone had a great time. And thank you for the jump rope. I no longer have an excuse for not being able to nail my double unders. :) Great to see everyone Friday night!
